SMS & RCS Messaging Privacy

If you opt in to Misfit Children’s SMS or Rich Communication Services (“RCS”) messaging program, we use your mobile number, messaging preferences, and consent information to send the types of messages described at signup and to manage your participation.

We do not sell, rent, or share your text messaging opt-in data or SMS/RCS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from sharing with third parties, except with service providers that help deliver and operate our messaging program. Those providers may use this information only to provide services on our behalf, not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be disclosed where legally required, but such disclosure does not authorize its use for third-party marketing.

Consent and Message Frequency

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on product launches, promotions, and your interactions with the program. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe option provided in the conversation, or emailing misfitchildrenn@gmail.com.

After opting out, you may receive one nonmarketing message confirming your request. No further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again.

Opting out does not cancel an order. Necessary order communications may still be sent by email.
